Program name. Capital City Painting and Remodeling Crew Text Line.
Who it is for. The Crew Text Line is a work text line for the people who work for Capital City Painting and Remodeling LLC: our own crew members and staff. It is not used for marketing and it does not text customers or the public.
What you will receive. Texts about your own work with us:
- your job assignments and daily schedule
- job site addresses, parking and access notes
- schedule changes
- product, color and sheen details for your job
- answers to job questions you text to the line
How you sign up. Crew members and staff sign up only by signing our one-page Crew Text Line consent form, in person. The form shows the number our texts come from, what we send, how often, and how to get help or stop. We keep every signed form on file. After you sign, we send one text confirming you are signed up. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of working with Capital City Painting and Remodeling.
How often. Message frequency varies with your schedule. Most workdays you will get 1 to 6 texts, and never more than 20 in a day.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Reply HELP for help. You can also call us at (448) 488-4684.
Reply STOP at any time to stop all Crew Text Line texts. You will get one text confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. Reply START to sign back up.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
