This Privacy Policy explains how Capital City Painting and Remodeling LLC ("Capital City Painting and Remodeling", "we", "us") collects and uses information through this website, by phone, by email, and through our text messages.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you contact us through this website, call, text or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of a property, photos, and details about your project.
  • Crew Text Line information. For the people who work for us and sign up for our Crew Text Line, we collect their name, mobile phone number, the signed consent form, and the texts sent to and from the line.
  • Website data. Our website host collects basic technical data, such as pages visited and browser type, to run and measure the site.

How we use it

  • to answer your questions, give estimates and do the work you hire us for
  • to send Crew Text Line texts to the crew members and staff who signed up, and to answer the job questions they text to us
  • to keep business records, including signed text consent forms
  • to run and improve our website

Text messages

  • Our Crew Text Line sends work texts only to our own crew members and staff who signed our consent form. Message frequency varies, and is never more than 20 texts a day.   • We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
  • The only outside parties that handle Crew Text Line numbers and messages are the service providers that run the line for us: our text message provider, the software we use to read and draft replies, and the cloud storage where we keep the crew roster and copies of signed consent forms. They use that information only to deliver and answer our texts and keep our records, and for no other purpose.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our website host, accounting software, cloud file storage and text message provider), when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.

Keeping your information safe

We use reasonable steps to protect the information we keep. We keep signed text consent forms for as long as a person is on our Crew Text Line and for a reasonable time after, as a record of consent.
